He has developed his practice for more than 8 years, focusing on domestic and international transactions, including structuring and reorganizing debt, financial leasing, public offerings on the Mexican Stock Exchange, securitizations, factoring, guarantees and security interests; mergers and acquisitions, incorporation and organization of entities and other corporate matters.
Trajectory
Patrick started his professional career working in Infrastructure & Project Finance, and later focused on Banking and Finance. He currently has more than eight years of experience advising foreign and local clients.
His expertise includes strengths in transfer pricing, as well as in capital markets. He also assists clients with due diligence matters for local and cross-border transactions.
Before joining the Firm, Patrick worked in Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa (2011-2014), S&P Global Ratings (2014-2017 and in Basham Ringe Correa (2017-2022).
