Profile
Fernando has participated in the documentation and negotiation of various transactions, such as real estate transactions and corporate acquisitions (M&A) as well as documentation and filing of financial instruments in the stock market (BMV). He currently collaborates as an associate at Ibarra del Paso Gallego, since 2018.
Trajectory
Before entering the Firm, Fernando began his career at a private real estate investment fund (IGS) where he participated actively in the processes of due diligence, negotiation and closing of real estate transactions.
Likewise, he collaborated as an associate at Basila Abogados, S.C., where he participated in the process of listing Capital Development Certificates (CKD’s) in the Mexican Stock Exchange for various private equity funds such as Discovery Americas, Wamex, among others.
Credentials
Fernando obtained his Law Degree from Universidad del Valle de México (Querétaro) in 2012 and obtained a specialist degree in Banking and Finance Law from Universidad Panamericana (Mexico City) in 2014.
