Since 2005, Diana has litigated in Labor Law, she has experience representing national and international companies, in both individual and collective matters, resulting in strategies that seek to broadly protect her clients.

Trajectory

Diana has collaborated as a lawyer in Labor Law in nationally renowned law firms, as well as in a renowned international firm, being the coordinator of the process of Amparo proceedings and in charge of the labor litigation area in Mexico City. Within Diana’s practice outside of litigation, it includes consultancy aimed at the prevention of all types of labor contingencies, individual and collective labor contracts, creation, registration and operation of mixed commissions, participation of workers in company profits (PTU), employer substitution, attention to inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, strategies related to personnel transfers in mergers, acquisitions, and spin-offs. Likewise, he has advised multinational and local companies in the termination and rescission of employment contracts, preparation and application of confidentiality and non-competition agreements.

Credentials

Diana completed her law degree studies at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and at the University of Tepeyac, having graduated in 2008. He has a specialization in labor relations, master’s degree, and doctoral studies in labor law, from the Postgraduate Institute of Law.
