His practice encompasses corporate governance, structuring, debt refinancing and reorganization, leasing, securitizations, factoring, financial guarantees, mergers and acquisitions, company incorporation and reorganization, and comprehensive legal advice on financial and regulatory matters.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He has advised investment advisors in Mexico on regulatory authorization processes before financial authorities, and on their day-to-day operations and ongoing compliance obligations.
