He has over 10 years of professional experience, specializing in complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including public offerings on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) and the Institutional Stock Exchange (BIVA). His practice encompasses corporate governance, structuring, debt refinancing and reorganization, leasing, securitizations, factoring, financial guarantees, mergers and acquisitions, company incorporation and reorganization, and comprehensive legal advice on financial and regulatory matters.
He has advised investment advisors in Mexico on regulatory authorization processes before financial authorities, and on their day-to-day operations and ongoing compliance obligations. He has also participated in the incorporation and regulatory approval of Mexican banking institutions, and in the authorization, registration, and operational compliance of representative offices of foreign banks before the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) and other relevant Mexican authorities.
