Patrick is a Lead Associate of the Banking and Finance practice of Ibarra del Paso Gallego, where he specializes in Banking and Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate practices. Patrick has developed his practice for over 10 years, focusing on public offerings on the Mexican Stock Exchange, the Institutional Stock Exchange, and domestic and international transactions, including, but not limited to, corporate governance, debt structuring and reorganization, leasing, securitizations, factoring, guarantees and warranties, mergers and acquisitions, incorporation, and organization of entities, as well as other financial and corporate matters.
Trajectory
Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in transfer pricing matters (2011-2014), at S&P Global Ratings, as a credit rating analyst and in-house counsel in the Infrastructure and Project Finance department (2014-2017), and at Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C., as an Associate in the Banking and Finance practice (2017-2022).
