Alejandra has over ten years of experience advising foreign and domestic clients. Her practice focuses on Corporate and Real Estate transactions and recently on Corporate Social Responsibility. She has been responsible for corporate bookkeeping, due diligence and updating of Mexican and foreign companies, as well as for the supervision and compliance with reporting obligations derived from securities laws in Mexico and the United States. She also has experience in drafting, negotiation and review of different contracts pertaining to corporate and real estate matters.
