Alan has extensive experience in corporate matters and in the strategic management of labor, commercial, constitutional and administrative litigation.
Throughout his professional career, he has distinguished himself by taking a proactive and preventive approach to provide his clients with effective solutions to the legal challenges they face, in order to protect their interests.
Trajectory
Alan worked at Badín Cherit y Asociados, S.C. (2021-2022), where he provided support in audits and contract review processes, as well as in the representation of clients in commercial litigations.
Before joining our team, he served as an Associate at Correa Abogados (2022-2025). During this time, he was in charge of reducing labor contingencies through preventive strategies, implementing optimized contractual processes and negotiating collective agreements, among other activities.
Credentials
Alan holds a Law Degree from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (2018-2022) and a Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from California Western School of Law.
Currently, he is pursuing his Master’s Degree in Amparo Trial at the Institute of Specialization in Administrative Justice of Mexico City.
