Rosalío has achieved to participate in several real estate, corporate, administrative and regulatory matters. He is currently involved in several foreign investment projects in Mexico, including corporate planning, research, evaluation and implementation of the same.
Rosalío began his professional career in 2015 as a Law Clerk at the National Banking and Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores “CNBV”), where he collaborated in the preparation of authorizations for the placement of financial instruments at the Mexican Stock Exchange Market. Later, he joined the Legal Department of Grupo Salinas as an Attorney in Law and served as legal advisor for several companies in the corporate group in 2016.
Rosalío has experience in corporate law, real estate and placement of financial instruments at the Mexican Stock Exchange Market.
