Lizbeth is an Associate at Ibarra, del Paso y Gallego, S.C. since 2016. At her very young age, Liz has successfully participated in most of the Life Sciences and Regulatory matters of the Firm, including legal guidance and assistance with the sanitary and regulatory Federal administrative authorities such as the Federal Commission for the Protection Against Sanitary Risks (“COFEPRIS”) and the National Service of Agri-food Health, Safety and Quality (“SENASICA”) among others. She has also contributed with the Real State and Corporate areas of the Firm in a variety of projects and legal matters.
Lizbeth has participated actively in the following projects of the Firm:
Du Pont– Participation in a wide range of health/regulatory matters related to Du Pont’s agrochemical business before the Mexican Federal Health authorities (mainly the Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks; “COFEPRIS”) and different public/private actors involved in the context of its global merger with Dow.
Be the Match- Assistance in the analysis and preparation of legal opinions from the Life Sciences/Health and Data Privacy legal stance (among others) regarding the set-up of a bone marrow non-related donor registry in Mexico, as a private and independent entity from the Mexican governmental institutions involved in the donation and transplantation of human organs, tissues and cells and other private existing registries.
Marriott- Preparation of a variety of memoranda´s under the scope of the following legal framework: i) the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties; ii) its Regulations; iii) the Privacy Notice Guidelines; iv) the Federal Law of Telecommunications and Broadcasting; v) the Consumer’s Protection Law, among others.
Lizbeth Graduated from La Salle University (Northwest) in 2016 and is currently expanding her Life Sciences knowledge and experience, coursing a post-graduate degree diploma (diplomado) on Sanitary Regulation in the Pharmaceutical Industry conducted by the Consultancy and Education Institute in Pharmaceutical and Pharmacological Sciences (INEDUFARM).
Lizbeth is a Spanish native speaker and is fluent in English.
Lizbeth was appointed to participate as an in-house lawyer at Siemens Healthineers from April to June 2018.
Lizbeth was an English teacher at Vizcaya de las Americas University in 2016.
